If you are a G6-8 student and need a RECOMMENDATION LETTER, please follow the instructions below.
If you need recommendation letters (maximum 3) from subject teachers or homeroom teachers, please ask them directly. Once you have at least one teacher's permission, fill out this form. After receiving this form, the MS Office will send an official request to the teachers writing your recommendation letter along with any relevant instructions.
NOTE:
Please send us your request at least 3 WEEKS before the deadline, not counting holidays or vacations.

如果您需要学科老师或班主任的推荐信(最多3封)，请直接与相关老师联系，在得到任何一位推荐人允许后开始填写此表格，中学办公室会在收到表格后直接联系推荐老师并把相关的要求一同发送。
注意：
请至少在截止日期的三周前提交推荐信申请，假期顺延。
