Scheduling A Meeting with College Counselors (G9-G12 Parents only)家长与升学指导面谈预约(仅限9-12年级)

(1) Please schedule your in-person meeting with college counselors at least three business days in advance.线下面谈请您提前至少三个工作日完成预约。

(2) We will send you a confirmation email to enter campus on either the Friday prior to your appointment week, or on the Monday before your scheduled meeting.我们会在面谈前一周周五或当周周一给您发送确认邮件。

(3) Semester 1 is a peak period for college applications for 12th graders. In order to avoid impacting the application process, most meeting sessions are scheduled for September, November, and January. To ensure that more parents have the opportunity to meet with the college counseling team, we will only accept one meeting for parents of students in Grades 9-11 this semester.
