Request recommendation letters (SCLS ID High School) 国际部高中学生推荐信申请流程

If you are a G9-11 student, and need a RECOMMENDATION LETTER, please follow the instructions below. If you are a G12 student, ‘Scoir’ will be used for recommendation letter request.

You are allowed to apply for a maximum of 3 recommendation letters (one is from principal/counselor/homeroom teacher, the other two are from subject teachers). Please ask them directly and get permission from them, and then fill out this form after receiving at least one recommender's confirmation. Our team will send the official request with instructions to relevant recommenders after receiving this form.

NOTE:
1. Send us your request at least 3 WEEKS before the deadline;
2. Please send your request at least one week before holidays or summer/winter break, as teachers are unlikely to be available when school is not in session.
如果你是一名9-11年级学生，需要老师提供推荐信，请按照如下要求来完成；如果你是12年级学生，你将通过“Scoir”来发送推荐信申请。
你可以申请最多三封推荐信（其中一封来自校长或班主任，其他两封来自学科老师)，请直接与相关老师联系，在得到任何一位推荐人口头或email允许后开始填写此表格，升学团队会在收到表格后直接联系推荐老师并把相关的要求一同发送。
注意：
请至少在截止日期的三周前向升学指导团队提交推荐信申请；
请在假期之前一周发送过来，因为假期期间可能并不能及时联系到老师。
