If you are a G6-8 student and need a RECOMMENDATION LETTER, please follow the instructions below.
If you need recommendation letters (maximum 3) from subject teachers or homeroom teachers, please ask them directly. Once you have at least one teacher's permission, fill out this form. After receiving this form, the CC Office will send an official request to the teachers writing your recommendation letter along with any relevant instructions.
NOTE:
Please send us your request at least 3 WEEKS before the deadline, not counting holidays or vacations.
