国际部初中成绩报告申请Request Report Cards (SCLSID)

If you are currently studying in SCLS, you are able to download your report card under Student Reports from Powerschool Student/Parent Portal (Semester Report for that grade). There is no need to fill out this form.
If you have studied in SCLSID Middle school, or don't know how to use Powerschool, and need a Report Card, please fill out the form below.
Please send us your request at least 1 WEEK before the deadline, not counting holidays or vacations.

NOTE:
如果您是6-8年级在读学生，请直接登录Powerschool学生或家长端在Student Reports下载(每学年下载S1和S2)，不需要填写此表格。
如果您曾经是宋校国际部初中的学生，或者不会使用Powerschool，需要一份成绩报告，请完成下面表格。

请至少在截止日期的1周前提交成绩报告申请，如遇假期向前顺沿。

  • 申请夏校的学校或课程名称The name of the summer program or other programs
  • 申请的国家和学校名称 the country and school names you are applying to

NOTE: The deadline needs to be at least 2 weeks after you send us your request by email. We will try to do it ASAP.
